Our Operational Model

We operate a lean, high-efficiency trading structure built on direct sourcing partnerships and agile global logistics.

🔍 Sourcing and Procurement

  • We maintain a direct presence and supplier partnerships in key African producing countries including Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Uganda, Sudan, Mozambique, and Tanzania.

  • Procurement is done through a combination of:

    • Aggregators and farmer groups under long-term offtake agreements

    • Licensed buying agents and cooperatives

    • Own-sourced commodities via managed supply chains

All suppliers undergo due diligence and compliance checks aligned with buyer requirements and international standards on food safety, sustainability, and traceability.

🏭 Processing and Quality Control

  • While Fanrong does not directly own all processing facilities, we work closely with partner factories and certified toll processors in Africa to meet specifications for:

    • Hulled sesame, cashew kernels, hibiscus flowers, cleaned chia, and graded pulses

    • Coffee grading and drying (Screen 12, 15, 18, BHP1199)

    • Cocoa fermentation and drying for EU/US standards

  • Processing partners are regularly audited, and Fanrong ensures all export-bound goods are lab-tested (moisture, aflatoxin, pesticide residues, microbiological safety, etc.)

🚢 Logistics & Export

  • We coordinate containerized exports from major West and East African ports, managing inland transport, customs clearance, and documentation.

  • Our Singapore HQ handles:

    • Contract generation & negotiation

    • Coordination with shipping lines and freight forwarders

    • Real-time tracking and customer support

  • We ship on CIF, FOB, and CFR terms depending on buyer preference.
